All purchases are made subject to these Terms and Conditions.

All goods include VAT at the current rate where applicable.
Our products are fresh baked goods and therefore have a limited shelf-life. Best Before dates will be clearly indicated on each product and guidelines to indicate the shelf-life are on the product descriptions.

Unfortunately we can’t take responsibility for any damages to the products in transit.

In the unlikely event of any issues we must be notified within 12 hours of receipt. Best to use email: info@elizabethdbakes.co.uk to communicate with us and we will respond promptly.

Cancellations are tricky for us to manage as we aim to dispatch as soon as possible. If you email us within 2 hours of placing the order we will see what we can do.
EDB’s liability for any claim howsoever arising shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied to the customer.

Every care has been taken to describe and show the goods accurately.

The customer’s statuary rights are not affected by any statement contained in these Terms and Conditions.
